Recruitment Consultant
Banbridge, Northern Ireland
What is the role?
​
You will take complete ownership of a predefined and very specific part of our existing client portfolio and you will be mandated to incubate, nurture, and develop it.
Our clients are diverse, they range from small boutique local firms through to international institutions.
On a daily basis you will engage with movers and shakers within the legal world either assisting them with a highly confidential and discrete exploration of their career options or assisting well regarded law firms in the acquisition of their next Partner level hires.

Who do we seek?
​
In order to achieve the next stage in our development, we seek an experienced recruitment professional who has an eye for detail and an ability to spot opportunities.
The ideal person will be a commercial and entrepreneurial thinker who is not only a self-starter but has a thirst for knowledge and self-improvement.
Preferably, you will have experience recruiting within the legal world however applications will also be accepted from individuals who are tenured in other professional services, recruitment or similar.
Experience with executive and retained search projects would also be advantageous although full training will be provided.

Data Entry Administrator / Researcher
Banbridge, Northern Ireland
What is the role?

As an organisation driven not just by relationships but by data, we are on an endless quest to ensure our information is up to date, accurate and always evolving.
Chiefly, it is this data that has allowed us to be at the forefront of some of the most exciting recruitment transactions within the legal marketplace in both the UK and Ireland over the past few years.
​
The task of gathering data and entering it onto our CRM database is a big one. We harvest the majority of our candidate information from LinkedIn and whilst there are automated tools out there that could do the job for us, they don’t come close to the level of accuracy that we demand. Our client data is harvested from the internet and the accuracy of this information is equally important.
​
In the early stages, this role would involve 100% computer work and full training would be provided. You would learn about the different practice areas in the world of law firms, learn about the different hierarchies that exist and learn how to accurately transpose this onto our bespoke CRM database.

We require a competent individual with exceptional attention to detail, a willingness to learn and good computer skills.
​
There is the future opportunity for this to progress to a Trainee Recruitment Consultant role where earning potential is significant and uncapped.
